Support of transactions from the initial contact to the end of cooperation
Dealing with inquiries, complaints and solving customer problems
Maintaining a client base, updating information in the CRM system
Analysing customer needs and offering optimal solutions
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
High level of communication skills, responsibility and attention to detail
Ability to find an individual approach to each client
Competent oral and written Ukrainian language knowledge of English will be an advantage
Experience with CRM systems and databases is desirable
Salary
Fixed rate (from $1,000) + bonuses for meeting the sales plan.
