Job description

  • Receiving incoming calls and advising clients
  • Processing requests and providing the necessary information
  • Fixing requests in the internal system
  • Resolving basic issues or transferring requests to the appropriate departments
  • Maintaining a high level of service and friendly communication

Requirements

  • Competent and clear speech
  • Good level of communication skills
  • Attentiveness and responsibility
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Work experience would be an advantage but is not essential

Salary

Fixed rate (from $1,000) + bonuses for meeting the sales plan.
