Processing incoming customer requests via phone, email or chat
Advising clients on the company's products and services
Assistance in solving technical or organisational issues
Maintaining the customer database and updating information
Interacting with other departments to resolve complex requests
Requirements
Experience in customer support will be an advantage
Excellent communication skills and competent oral and written language
Ability to quickly navigate information and find solutions for customers
Stress tolerance, patience and friendliness
Knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian, knowledge of English will be a plus
Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage
Salary
Fixed rate (from $1,000) + bonuses for meeting the sales plan.
