Job description

  • Processing incoming customer requests via phone, email or chat
  • Advising clients on the company's products and services
  • Assistance in solving technical or organisational issues
  • Maintaining the customer database and updating information
  • Interacting with other departments to resolve complex requests

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and competent oral and written language
  • Ability to quickly navigate information and find solutions for customers
  • Stress tolerance, patience and friendliness
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian, knowledge of English will be a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems will be an advantage

Salary

Fixed rate (from $1,000) + bonuses for meeting the sales plan.
